Three actions for Photoshop CC. 

In Photoshop it's quite easy to apply texture to the inner areas of shapes. It's harder to apply authentically unpredictable textures to the edges of shapes.

These actions adjust the edges of raster shapes in Photoshop to emulate cut paper or collage — without using any external texture image file. Just press go.

✂️ Cut A bit wobbly with a few scissor marks.

Rough-handed and unpredictable.

⚔️ Hack
Butchery; cut by a toddler. This action comes with one brush preset which is required for it to function correctly.
