United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees is the largest humanitarian organisation operating in Gaza. They provide relief via education, health, social care, and infrastructure support. There are a lot of organisations providing effective aid in Gaza, and I've chosen UNRWA because of the scale of their impact and reach.
